Practice Support Advocate

Northwest Physicians Network is proud to be part of DaVita Medical Group, a national medical group with operations in New Mexico, Nevada Colorado, Florida, California and right here in the great northwest Tacoma, Washington.The Practice Support Advocate is responsible for relationship development with an emphasis on working externally with network providers to educate, engage with and advocate on behalf of providers and practices as valuable network partners. We are looking for someone who strives to maintain high provider satisfaction by providing excellent service standards and problem-solving resources. Medical industry experience is a must but our main focus is on finding a team member with excellent interpersonal skills who listens with empathy and looks for win/win outcomes.Northwest Physicians Network creates the opportunity for independent private practitioners to thrive in Washington State. Primary responsibilities will include: Communicates NPN’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals in building and maintaining strong relationships with participating providers and practicesWorks closely with the Practice Engagement Manager, Practice Support Coordinator, and other members of the NPN Practice Support Team to deliver exemplary service across the NPN networkFacilitates the recruitment process for prospective new practicesConducts new practice orientation related to NPN business requirements, policies, and procedures in support of risk/payor contractsCollaborates with identified business partners in support of clinical integration initiativesWorks with NPN Practice Support Team toidentify issuesresolve disputesfield general questionsresearch and resolve complex inquiries or concerns from providers and practicesTracks incidents and identifies opportunities to build network improvements, preventing repeats of identified problemsConducts outreach and develop leads for PCP, Specialist and Ancillary contractsCoordinates with payor partner representatives to ensure consistency in messaging and support of participating providers and practicesCoordinates with NPN team members to implement market strategiesServes as a communication link between providers, practices and NPNCollects and shares feedback and recommendations from practices regarding business improvements and support opportunities.
